Liberty Forum founder and Tulpar boss Jason Ilyasov has offered to sponsor Semiz for the rest of the season, paid in Tulparcoin. The National Equestrian Sports Directorate said on Tuesday that sponsorship and prize money in the league "must be paid in lawful currency", which, as of this week, Tulparcoin is not.

"They got their first point on Saturday and Jason smells a story," said a Jarysh source who is definitely not Nurik. "Respect. But at Ulak Nights it's som or dollars. We tried the coin in September. Talasbank said no. The coin is three cents. My beer is five som. Do the maths."

Ilyasov said on his Tulpar channel that "the horse is still running". Semiz coach Jesús Villanueva said he would take "any money that buys hay".
